3. Data deletion and data retention

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is no longer valid. With regard to the cases referred to in (1) and (3), the data controller shall take appropriate measures to uphold the rights and freedoms and your legitimate interests, including at least the right to obtain the intervention of a person by the data controller, to express his / her own position and to challenge the decision.
