Acquiring data

Use our Data Acquisition Module add-ons to acquire data from your instruments. Each Data Acquisition Module is specific to the external data format it supports. The following add-ons provide data acquisition functionality:

Cytiva Biacore™
Acquire data from Cytiva Biacore™ Control Software. Supports XML files. For details, please consult the User Guide (version: 1.2.0).

Gen5™
Acquire data from BioTek Gen5™. Supports XPT files. Requires an installed Gen5™ system. For details, please consult the User Guide (version: 1.3.0).

Microsoft Excel®
Acquire data from Microsoft Excel®. Supports XSL and XSLX files. For details, please consult the User Guide (version: 1.3.0).

SoftMax® Pro (3x. - 5.x)
Acquire data from Molecular Devices' Softmax® Pro 3.x - 5.x. Supports PDA and EDA files. For details, please consult the User Guide (version: 1.7.0).

SoftMax® Pro (6.x - 7.x)
Acquire data from Molecular Devices' Softmax® Pro 6.x - 7.x. Supports XML files. For details, please consult the User Guide (version: 1.7.0).

SoftMax® Pro (6.x - 7.x) for digitally signed data

Tecan Magellan™ Automation

Importing data

Use our Document Import Module add-on to generate fully specified documents of a specific type. The following add-on provides data import functionality:

Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays
