New Regression Models for Greater Flexibility

The Dose-Response Analysis Package 2.0 expands your analytical capabilities with two additional regression models:

  • Hill Equation Model: Ideal for fitting non-linear response data ranging from 0% to 100%, making it perfect for binding assays or smaller datasets
  • 2-Parameter Logistic Model: Offers enhanced flexibility for describing response ranges. You can either use undiluted samples to converge the asymptotes or enter the values manually

Enhanced Interpolation & Standard Curve Validation

This release allows the interpolation of Standard responses on the Standard curve to ensure its validity. The detailed report now shows the calculated substance activity and its recovery based on the assigned concentration per step.
